Vimandeshwar Temple

Vimandeshwar Temple or Bimandeshwar Temple is one of the popular temples in the Almora district of Uttarakhand. This temple is very near to the Dwarhat. Located very near to the main high-way, this temple is devoted to the Lord Shiva. There are numbers of small temples located in the compound of this temple.

This temple is ideally popular for the weekly pooja/archana locally known as Saptah. Vimandeshwar Temple is one of the oldest temples in the Uttarkhand and located near the bank of the river.

You can reach to this temple from various destinations like Ranikhet, Dwarhat, Masi etc. Village Rana is the nearest village from this temple.

The famous Doonagiri temple is very near from the Vimandeshwar temple. Masi Bhoomia Devta temple is also very near to this temple.
